ARS has successful expedition in April

Our first expedition to the southwest lease area was highly successful, producing 3 breech blocks and other rare and interesting artifacts.  To see more of the April recoveries, click HERE.

One of the most interesting artifacts is this huge copper alloy bowl-shaped object shown above (almost 4 feet in diameter), which is believed to be a Sugar Kettle used in the Colonial times for refining sugar.
